Susan Harwood DulinSusan has over 14 years of real estate experience, and is a native Charlottean who never moved away. Susan knows and loves the Charlotte area. She opened Dulin Real Estate in November of 2006 after achieving a high level of success with one of Charlotte’s large firms. Susan has felt for sometime that the experience she can offer should be taken to another level, and with Dulin Real Estate, she can offer it. She is very active in many facets of the business.

Professionally, Susan has designations that count (see Designation definitions in the Buyer/Seller section of our web site). In addition to those commitments, Susan is a Broker-In-Charge, is licensed in NC and SC, is on the Board of the North Carolina Association of Realtors, the Charlotte Board of Realtors, and is a Certified Mediator of the NCAR. She recently stepped off the Professional Standards Committee of the Charlotte Board. Susan offers her clients a superior level of knowledge, experience and integrity.

Susan attended McClintock Junior High, East Mecklenburg and Queens University, all in Charlotte. She has served in volunteer capacities at her childrens’ schools, at church and on various boards throughout her life. She is currently serving on the Board of Managers for the Harris YMCA. She has two sons, 17 and 22 years old, and an 12 year old step-daughter. She is married to Charlie Dulin, another native Charlottean who has vast experience in real estate investments.

PERSONAL STATEMENT

Susan feels that a home is the right place for one to live, but it also has potential to become a wealth building instrument. As a broker, Susan has a very unique perspective as that of an investor, as well. She has years of experience as investment property owners, therefore she is always cognizant of future value for her clients. Her market knowledge, years of experience and valuation sensitivity are priceless advantages she gives to her clients.

A licensed broker in North and South Carolina, KAREN BROYHILL brings a unique perspective to the Dulin Agency. As an energetic, multi-million dollar producer, Karen leverages her community involvement with her sixteen years of real estate sales experience to connect buyers and sellers in win-win transactions.

Karen grew up in Salisbury, North Carolina, graduated from Kings Business College, and earned a degree in Business Administration from Queens University. She has two grown children. Since 1966 Karen has been active in the Charlotte community as a member of such organizations as the Junior League, the Charlotte Symphony Women’s Association, and the CMC Auxiliary Board. She and her husband, Paul, are members of the Olde Providence Racquet Club and the Longview Country Club. They are also members of the Blowing Rock Country Club, Linville Ridge Club, Royal Poinciana Club and Naples Yacht Club.

Having lived in the Lake Norman area and in the south Charlotte area has exposed Karen to real estate trends in Mecklenburg, Iredell, and Cabarrus counties. She is an active member of the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association, the NC Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

Karen believes that knowledge, communication, and sensitivity combine to make an effective professional. She has the knowledge, not only of area neighborhoods and growth patterns, but also of bringing together other professionals such as attorneys, lenders, inspectors, and subcontractors who ultimately create a team to serve the client. Real time communication with the client and sensitivity to their specific needs are priorities for her.
